Delivery

All Alcoholic Products Must Be Signed For By A Person Aged Over 18 Years!

Someone must be there to sign for the delivery: A signature is *always* required on delivery, so if you aren´t going to be at home we´re more than happy to deliver to a work address. Alternatively we can request (although not guarantee) the delivery driver leave your order with a neighbour. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address will not be insured against loss or damage. Simply pop a note into the 'Delivery Instructions' box in the checkout or give us a call after ordering to request this.

Delivery notes should be signed "unexamined". In the event of breakage or short delivery, we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. Please accept the delivery - DO NOT refuse it - sign the delivery note "Breakage" and contact us immediately.

Insurance

All bottles leave the distillery well packaged against damage, however, delivery notes should be signed "unexamined". In the event of breakage we can only accept claims if we are notified in writing within three days of delivery. All dispatches are insured at replacement cost.

Delivery Schedule

We expect to deliver within 14 working days to the UK Mainland. Deliveries are not made on weekends or UK National holidays. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order. We will endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period, however we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items in circumstances out with our control including but not limited to delay caused by the carrier, customs or whatever. Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 28 days, please contact us.

For those people living in countries to which it is illegal to post alcohol, we are happy to send it to an alternative acceptable address.

All products are dispatched from the distillery on the Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides.

Customs

It is your responsibility to check with your own excise officials what is required. If there are any special instructions to us please ensure they are absolutely clear. Contact your local excise advice centre should clarify matters.
