The Spirit of Lewis is a traditional Outer Hebridean Dram a relativley young spirit (new spirit) matured for a short period of time in a sherry cask. It is then reduced to 40% ABV the strength it was originally partaken off.

The bottles are:
Filled, labeled, corked and sealed by hand. In addition, each bottle has been numbered dated and signed by Mark Tayburn with the cask, bottle number and date also hand written.
